What is your return policy?
Online shopping should be enjoyable, so feel free to experiment with your choices. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. What are the shipping costs?
Every order comes with free shipping, no minimum spend, no hidden conditions, just simple, hassle-free delivery straight to your door.
When will I get my order?
For items stored in our warehouses, standard delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can monitor its progress in real time via the Track Order page.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been submitted for fulfillment. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover transaction processing costs, as these fees are not refunded by Shopify once an order is canceled.
Orders are often processed for fulfillment within a few hours, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to increase the chance of cancellation.
